This course gives you all the tools you need to teach the Living with Ease program, which helps people incorporate concepts and techniques of yoga and mindfulness in every day life. 

By sharing a four-step process called EASE, you’ll be helping people live a more balanced, mindful life. 

Running a successful workshop or training session means doing many different tasks—including developing the curriculum, marketing the course, and then actually facilitating the workshop. The Living with Ease Teacher Training makes it easy for you to run a workshop. All you have to do is focus on what you do best.
