The Samarya Yoga Deck is beautiful, versatile and totally unique. With 100 cards, it includes 2 complete sets of 45 poses and 5 hand mudras. These cards are meant to be used in exploration and learning for children and adults—children can play lots of games, while adults can use them to create sequences for their practice.

The deck includes a booklet with Integrated Movement Therapy™ activities. Each activity lists the skill being developed, and the part of the brain being stimulated in learning that skill.

Having 2 of each pose allows for more game-playing and easier sequencing.

Each card has the pose name in both Sanskrit and English.

Poses are shown with photos of people on a yoga mat, making it easy to see where the floor is and imitate the pose

There are a variety of poses, including both "easy" and "difficult."

The backs of the cards are all the same, so more games are possible.
