I love this DVD. I got it as a gift. It is not extremely difficult, but you definitely get a workout. AND, you don't need a lot of space to do it, so I can do this in my dorm room!

If you want to buy real estate, you would have to get the home loans. Furthermore, my father always uses a term loan, which seems to be the most rapid.
